In the spring of 2015, Aaron and I left our previous property management firm after having "stylistic differences" with our partners at the time. It was the push we needed to realize our plan for how we felt a Property Management business should be run. It didn't matter to us that the day we launched Authority Property Management Inc. happened to be April 1st. Who launches a business on April Fools Day? It turns out we do. It is our strength in the small differences we make that have defined our business model. The different way we approach the business sets us apart and the reason we have won "Best of the North State" for Property Management Company multiple times.
We work incredibly hard to protect our most valuable assets … our Owners and Residents, while creating an indispensable value and service. As business owners, Aaron and I know our responsibilities to our clients, residents, team, and community. We are passionate about elevating property management standards and being leaders in this industry. Since our launch date on April Fools' Day in 2015, we have custom-built our management process from the ground up, building on our years of experience and a multitude of ideas. If something didn't work, we changed it. If a process worked well, we fine-tuned it until it worked great. That has led to a management style designed to ensure the best possible service for our Property Owners and Tenants. Being partners in life while raising four children, Aaron and I have learned and taken to heart the true value of commitment, accountability, follow-through, ingenuity, and innovation. Aaron and I are both licensed California Real Estate Brokers and have over 34 years of combined experience. It is this experience, attention to detail, and passion for our clients and staff that has set the tone for our business as well as our personal lives. In other words, we practice what we preach.
